I started preparing 3 months ago. I was running 10 kilometres with my best friend almost every morning. I also did exercises in the evenings. During the run I had some problems running up the hill. It was raining that day and I stumbled. Thankfully, I didn't sprain my ankle.

For me, runs in the towns are great. The atmosphere is incomparable to anything else and the routes aren't very difficult. On top of that, when you run in different cities, it is combined with some sort of sightseeing.

You know what? Next 10-kilometre run in my town is 15th June. We will run around the old town. Would you like to teke part in it? You can sign up by the end of the month. Write back soon.
